The De Costers Feather Their Nest In Covenant Hills

Roger and Kaarina De Coster have recently completed building a beautiful custom home in Covenant Hills to serve as their almost-empty nest as their son begins his college career. However, since he’s attending UCI, his visits home with friends are sure to be frequent. With that reality in mind, the De Costers are currently fine-tuning their home to be perfectly suited for relaxing and casual entertaining for both generations.

Moving from Coto de Caza, the De Costers found the peaceful feeling at Covenant Hills immensely attractive. The natural, open setting of this Ladera Ranch neighborhood is one that Kaarina found truly welcoming. She loves hiking the local trails, many which feature views to the ocean.

The US Open of Surf Paddles Out July 31st

Ladera Ranch Does it Again: 4th of July 2011 Will Be Full of Fun Festivities for the Whole Family

Everyone is advised to come down and join Ladera Ranch residents in celebrating this wonderful day of freedom.

Ladera Ranch Community Services (LARCS) is presenting its 4th of July festivities at Founder's Park. Celebrations include a community parade, the Freedom Run, live music, a pie eating contest, a teen zone, great food and much more. 

This is a fantastic day of events that everyone in the family will love, but it starts early so don’t sleep in and miss out!
