Ladera Ranch is adding another holiday happening to the community calendar this weekend– an event that all of the last-minute Christmas shoppers will especially appreciate.

This Sunday, December 19th, from 6 to 10pm, LARCS and The Microsoft Store will be co-hosting a shopping event for Ladera Ranch residents.

When you visit The Microsoft Store located at The Shops at Mission Viejo on Sunday and bring proof that you are a resident, you will receive 20 percent off of your entire purchase.

So be sure you and your family scope out the store’s selections– perhaps someone may want to add a new laptop or Xbox 360 to their wish list.

Covenant Hills Sees Increase in Sales

Recent sales of custom home sites and the quantity of custom homes completing construction at Covenant Hills in Ladera Ranch indicate an upswing in the community’s real estate activity.

The Covenant Hill’s Design Review Board reports receiving triple the amount of plan submissions compared to this time last year. Currently there are approximately three dozen properties in various stages of the Boards’ pipeline which range from conceptual design to construction inspection plans.
