Mandy's Pizza Comes to Ladera RanchPosted by Covenant Hills on Wednesday, November 17th, 2010 at 10:10am
If a 32-inch monster pizza made with five pounds of cheese and three pounds of sauce doesn’t get your taste buds tingling, perhaps a delectable menu of gluten and allergy free selections, including gluten free vodka and beer, will be reason enough to get you to Mandy’s Pizza in Ladera Ranch.
Having recently opened at the Mercantile East Shopping Center, the pizzeria has fun-filled activities planned for Ladera Ranch patrons, including cooking classes, coloring contests and movie nights.
The O.C. Register reports that owners, Matt Hrdlicka, Mike Sandler and Steve Negri- who founded Mandy’s Pizza over 30 years ago in Pittsburgh- believe their establishment is a match for the Ladera Ranch demographic.
"Ladera Ranch is a very family-oriented and tight-knit community and that fits Mandy's culture. We'll know the person's name when they walk in the door," Hrdlicka insists.
Mandy’s is dedicated to delivering the largest pies, at the lowest costs with the finest ingredients, while creating an atmosphere that both adults and children can enjoy.
In addition to mouth-watering pies, they offer a variety of flavorful appetizers including Honey Habanero and Buffalo Monster Fries, and enticing entrees like Monster Wings, Flatbread and Deli Sandwiches, Oversized Hoagies and Calzones.
