Communities across the globe have been taking part in Relay for Life since 1985, and now it’s time for residents of Ladera Ranch to join the world’s largest movement to fight cancer.
Beginning at 9am on Saturday, August 28th and continuing all the way through 9am on Sunday, August 29th, participants will traverse the Tesoro High School track in Rancho Santa Margarita for a consecutive 24-hour period—acknowledging the reality that cancer never sleeps.
Seven teams of Ladera Ranch families, friends and neighbors have already raised $3,050.000 for the American Cancer Society. These much-needed funds, which can also be contributed online, help spread awareness and save lives from cancer.
In addition to raising money for cancer research, Relay for Life participants will be celebrating survivors and remembering loved ones lost to cancer with each step they take.
Visit the Relay for Life of Ladera Ranch page for more information on how to get involved.
